The auto size -changing C/Z purlin machine is designed for the purpose of automatic size-changing via one side fixed and the other side freely adjustable within 100-300mm.

In this auto Changeable Forming Machine, the change between C and Z, Web and flange freely adjustment is available by pushing button or input data in touch screen to achieve. (The adjustment by hand wheel is also can be provided)

The shearing is equipped with pre-cut and post cutting which is fixed size blade design or free size blade design as requested.

In the C/Z purlin machine, the U profile also can be produced, as well as the sigma profile (just need to manual lift up some rollers in some stations).

The run-out table or auto stacking machine can be equipped for the c/z quick change machine, and the auto stacker can turnover the C/Z profile to make each two snap-fit for nice stacking.

We do not only can provide the standard 1~3mm thickness machines, but also can work for 4mm or even 5mm thickness profiles. The driving is by the gear box for high speed and good stability.
