This cut to length line is used for processing the steel coil into the desired length steel sheet and stacking them in order.
The light gauge cut to length production line is applicable for the material cold rolled carbon steel, galvanized steel pre-painted steel, stainless steel etc. For thickness less than 3.2mm, and variable width 1250mm/1300mm, 1500mm/1600mm, 1800mm and 2000mm.

It is mainly composed of the decoiler, pinch roll and leveler, length controller, shearer and stacker etc., accompany of the feeder, side guider, conveyor etc. For the leveling machine in this cutting line, it has 4-HI type and 6-HI type for option. And usually 6-HI leveler is used for stainless steel to prevent the mark or higher request products. The whole steel coil production line (shearing line) takes the centralized control with touch screen, PLC and AC frequency conversion & servo control for the whole line. The shearing length, quantity can be set, it takes auto measuring and shearing control. The working methods are of manual, automatic. When it works automatically, the computer controls the whole process of leveling & shearing to compensate the error.
