Slitting Line devices master metal coils into smaller coils of a precise width.
Slitting Lines for hot rolled heavy gauge steel have been successfully developed to match the typical applications in rolling mills, coil service centers and engineering & design companies in the steel, automotive, shipbuilding and appliance industries.

The heavy gauge slitter machine line is applicable for the material hot rolled carbon steel, for thickness up to 20mm, width up to 2200mm and coil weight up to 30T. This hot rolled slitting is a complete equipment for slitting to strip y corresponding width of metal work, and recoil the finished working pieces. It consists of decoiler, slitter, and recoiler, in accompany of snubber roller, rough leveler, loop, damping unit etc. The different slitting width is done by arrange the slitting knives and spacers in the slitting shaft. The double slitting head machine is optional for meet the request to save the knife changing time. We do not only produce the customized new coil processing lines (CTL and slitter line), but also provide the reconstructions for exist lines. |
