Pickling Line

The stainless steel & hot rolled steel which are the basic raw material are passed through the pickling line to remove the oxides from strip surface to enable further coil processing. This processing is requires since rust is formed on the surface of the coils at room temperature.
The pickling line is divided into two types: continuous & push-pull Pickling line.
Feeding width: ≤1600mm       Feeding thickness: 1.5-8mm
